Operis recruits project financiers, PFI specialists, qualified tax & accounting professionals, and recent graduates.
We seek to recruit the highest calibre staff, who are either already experts in their area or who are graduates or about to graduate.

- Graduates
Graduates and postdocs start as trainee financial analysts working with complex Excel spreadsheets and are trained to become the best financial modellers in the country.
Our preference is for top degrees in highly numerate subjects from the best Universities. Enthusiasm for hard work and a desire to take responsibility are essential. Successful applicants will be ambitious with a keen intellect, be able to think flexibly, and will be excellent communicators.

- Experienced Financial Modeller
We are also seeking to recruit individuals who have two or more years previous experience in financial modelling. A strong academic background and PFI/PPP experience will be an advantage.
Successful candidates will work within our modelling team providing modelling and analytical expertise for a wide range of model build and model audit projects.
