Operis provides structured finance advice for project and property finance transactions, debt advisory services, and corporate finance advice.

Services include financial strategy, financial structuring, tax advice, accounting advice, financial advice for PFI/PPP bids and bid management, advice on refinancing, advice on secondary market transactions, and financial modelling.

Operis has worked on a huge number of projects in the PFI/PPP market, across all sectors. Operis has acted for PFI bidders and funders extensively since the inception of PFI in 1997. Operis is an active member of the PPP Forum. We have successfully closed a large number of deals on behalf of bidders in recent years, successfully completed refinancings (including portfolio refinancings), and advised on secondary market acquisitions and disposals.

Operis has been engaged on PPP projects throughout Europe. We have acted on a range of European infrastructure schemes for funders and for project sponsors.

Operis is a specialist in property financing and outsourcing. We have acted for investors and funders in the property market and advised on a number of innovative deals.

Operis has worked on a significant number of structured finance transactions in the oil & gas, mining, and transport sectors. These include recent transactions in Canada, Jamaica, Greece, the UK, and the Netherlands.
