New Course - Tax and Accounting for PPP/PFI

Operis are delieghted to once again conduct its popular 1-day course, titled Tax and Accounting for PPP/PFI.

The course will be held on Friday 3rd October 2008, and will be presented by Morag Loader and Daniel Adams.

This course is aimed at delegates of all levels, who seek to increase their knowledge and ensure a better understanding of tax and accounting issues which occur in PPP/PFI deals.

Delegates with limited experience will gain additional knowledge and a better understanding of a number of topical issues. For those who are experienced in this sector, the course will aid in building a whole conceptual framework.

The course will ensure you will gain an understanding of tax accounting issues, identify appropriate funding terms, choose financing structures, attain investor buy-in and obtain credit committee approval.

The course fee is £750+VAT and includes a comprehensive set of course note. It is run from Operis' central London offices.
