NewsEdinburgh Schools Variation Project Axiom Education and the City of Edinburgh Council agrred and signed off on a variation to the existing Edinburgh Schools PPP contract. The £180 million project involves the rebuilding of two primary and six secondary schools in Edinburgh. This is the second educational public-private partnership in the city. Operis amended the original financial model to reflect changes to the project resulting from the contractual variation. Following the ammendments, a seperate Operis team was appointed to audit the updated model.
